INILABAS ng RPMD Foundation Inc. (RPMD) ang pinakabagong Boses ng Bayan nationwide survey hinggil sa performance ng mga miyembro ng gabinete ng administrasyong Marcos, kung saan nanguna si Sec. Rex Gatchalian ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) bilang top-performing Cabinet official.

Isinagawa ang survey noong Abril 1 hanggang 8, 2026 sa 5,000 randomly selected respondents sa buong bansa na may ±1% margin of error. Ginamit ng RPMD ang “Index of Governance” o IOG, isang sukatan na pinagsamang trust at job performance ratings ng bawat opisyal.

Nanguna si Gatchalian sa 87% IOG, kalakip ang 85% trust at 89% approval ratings. Sumunod si Sec. Sonny Angara ng Department of Education (DepEd) na may 85% IOG habang pumangatlo si Sec. Jonvic Remulla ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) na may 82%.

Kabilang din sa may matataas na marka sina Sec. Vince Dizon ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) na may 80% IOG, Executive Secretary Ralph Recto na may 78%, at Acting Justice Secretary Eric Vida ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na may 76%. Nagtala naman si Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. ng 75% IOG.

Kasama rin sa top-performing officials sina Trade Secretary Cristina Roque ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) na may 73%, Defense Secretary Gibo Teodoro ng Department of National Defense (DND) na may 72%, at Special Assistant to the President Sec. Anton Lagdameo Jr. na may 70% IOG.

Sumunod sina Acting Sec. Dave Gomez ng Presidential Communications Office (PCO) na may 69%, Sec. Hans Cacdac ng Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) na may 67%, at Health Secretary Ted Herbosa ng Department of Health (DOH) na may 65%. Nagtala naman sina Foreign Affairs Secretary Tess Lazaro ng 63%, Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) na may 62%, at Housing Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling ng Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) na may 60%.

Kumpleto rin sa talaan sina Agrarian Reform Secretary Condrado Estrella III ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) na may 58.5%, Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) na may 57%, Information and Communications Technology Secretary Henry Aguda ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) na may 55.5%, at Finance Secretary Frederick Go ng Department of Finance (DOF) na may 54%.

Nasa listahan rin sina Energy Secretary Sharon Garin ng Department of Energy (DOE) na may 53.5%, Department of Economy, Planning and Development (DEPDev) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan na may 52.5%, Solicitor General Darlene Berberabe na may 51.5%, at Acting Budget Secretary Rolando Toledo ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) na may 50.5% IOG. Ayon kay Dr. Paul Martinez, Executive Director ng RPMD at isang global affairs analyst, ipinapakita ng survey na mas pinahahalagahan ng mga Pilipino ang mga opisyal na nakikita nilang aktibo, epektibo, at may konkretong naihahatid na serbisyo sa publiko.
